PURPOSE: To reduce the connecting distortion caused by the difference in shape of waveforms at voice connection when digitally recorded message voices are composited, and obtain a smooth composited (connected) voice. CONSTITUTION: Voices A', B' in which the phase of voices are equalized by passing voices A, B through such a filter that the power is collected near the pitch pulse of the voices A, B are obtained by phase equalizing means 1-1. The phase-equalized voices A', B' are united in the difference in shape of waveform by the difference in phase to some degree, connecting parts such as positions where the spectrum distances are close to each other are determined by connecting position determining means 1-2, and the phase-equalized voices A', B' uniformed in shape of waveform are connected to each other in these positions by waveform connecting means 1-3, thereby, the connecting distortion caused by the difference in shape of waveform is reduced, and a composited (connected) voice 1-4 with little connecting distortion can be thus provided. |
