PURPOSE: To miniaturize the circuit scale and to increase the practical data transmission speed by selecting one of plural phase shift signals, which have frequencies approximately equal to the chip speed of a transmission-side spreading code outputted from an oscillator, to reproduce a clock. CONSTITUTION: A correlation means 11 operates correlations between a reception signal and a reference code, and a peak detection means 12 detects a peak signal from the output signal of the correlation means 11 to output a peak timing signal. A phase shift means 14 shifts the phase at approximately regular intervals while keeping the frequency of an oscillator 13 stable to output plural (n) phase shift signals, and a timing comparator 15 compares the pear timing signal with plural output signals from the phase shift means 14 to search the phase shift signal whose timing most approximates the peak timing signal. A selection circuit 16 selects and outputs one of n phase shift signals from the phase shift means as the reproduced clock in accordance with the signal of the timing comparator 15. |
