摘要 PURPOSE: To provide ideal voltage management with the minimum number of self voltage regulators(SVR) to be installed by making a tap switcher into a noncontact type, making a voltage regulating relay into an integrating operation type and turning the dead zone of an operating voltage to zero or reducing it as much as possible. CONSTITUTION: A tap switcher 3 for the SVR is formed into the so-called noncontact type by a switching element such as thyristor, a 90 relay 4 is made into the integrating operation type, the dead zone of the operating voltage is turned to zero or set low as much as possible, and the voltage management is performed by regulating a line voltage. When the line voltage gets out of a target regulated voltage, the 90 relay 4 reacts to it and sends a stepup (or stepdown) command to the tap switcher 3. Then, the tap switcher 3 regulates the line voltage by switching and connecting one tap of a transformer for voltage regulation so as to step up (or step down) the voltage. Since this regulated line voltage gets out of the target regulated voltage, the 90 relay 4 reacts to it again, the tap switching operation is performed, and the operation for regulating the line voltage is repeatedly performed.
