<p>PURPOSE: To provide an impervious structure that will not cause a leak of water at once due to the breakdown of an impervious sheet or the like, and is easy to meet a counter-measure after the breakdown as well as to prevent any possible damage to the impervious sheet from occurring, aside from the maintenance of impervious performance. CONSTITUTION: This is an impervious structure 1 being composed of stacking two impervious sheets 2 and 2, and plural pieces of partition members 3 are liquid-tightly interposed between the upper layer water barrier sheet 2 and the lower layer impervious sheet 2, as spaced at the specified interval with each other. In addition, plural pieces of sealed chambers 5 charged with fillers 4 consisting of water absorbent matter and/or buffer material are formed in an interval between these vertical impervious sheets 2 and 2 by the partition member 3 and these sheets 2 and 2.</p> |
