The waste resin compound is reclaimed by the steps of mixing waste resin such as polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride and acryl resin with polyester; smashing the mixture to have the size of 5-20cm; melting the smashed mixture from 170 deg.C to 200 deg.C in the multistage extruder step by step so as to be paste phase.
