Apparatus for use in an inhaler system comprises a first member 4 including a mouthpiece attachment, a second member including a port 8 for location of an inhaler or puffer and, mounted therebetween, a collapsible chamber 2 such that the members can be gripped and moved relative to one another to erect or collapse the chamber. The chamber 2 may comprise nested, interlocking rings 2A or, in other embodiments, a tube or bag of semi- flexible material collapsible in concertina fashion; a collapsible tube having reinforcing ribs; or interlocking, telescoping portions. End caps 3A, 3B may be provided. |
