PURPOSE: To tightly cover the outer surface of a unit member with films at the final step of a production line by utilizing the heat shrinkability of the film. CONSTITUTION: Films 4 and 5 having a length longer than the height h0 of a unit member 2 of a prefabricated house are used. After a top face 21 and right and left sides 22 and 23 of the unit member 2 are covered with the films 3, 4 and 5, hot-sealing takes place near the top edges 201 of the unit member 2 with the film 3 on top. After heat-sealing, the top cover film 3 is folded down and attached by heat-sealing or a gun tape 8. The heat-sealing to form seal parts 7 is carried out in such a way that the films 4 and 5 are pressed by press rollers from the right and left while hot air is blown to them. Hot air is blown to the lower parts of the films 4 and 5 at first to heat-shrink the films 4 and 5 that surround bottom edges 202 , and then to the upper parts of the films 4 and 5 to make the films 4 and 5 heat-shrink and closely come in contact with the unit member 2, thus packaging work is completed. |
