<p>PURPOSE: To improve the working efficiency in a winding process, by providing both cores on the same straight line when the connecting surface of the first core and the connecting surface of the second core are combined to compose a core main body, combining both cores through a connecting jig, and removing the connecting jig after a conductive wire is wound in the combined condition. CONSTITUTION: In a conductive wire winding process when an electric fusion coupling 9 is manufactured, the first core 1 and the second core 2 are provided on the same straight line, and a connecting jig 4 is installed between both connecting surfaces of the cores 1 and 2. In this connecting jig 4, two sheets of parallel locking pieces 42 and 42 with a rectangular form, and parallel locking rods 43 and 43, are provided inside a jig main body 41 whose side surface form is almost a U-shape. By these locking pieces 42 and locking rods 43, both cores 1 and 2 are connected solidly in order to generate no deflection in the diameter direction, and after connecting the cores 1 and 2, both cores are rotated integrally by a driving source, and a conductive wire is wound on the outer periphery of the core, in the order the core 1 and the dore 2. And after that, the connecting jig 4 is removed from the cores.</p> |
