PURPOSE: To obtain the sheath-core, two-layered structure processed yarn comprising a bulky processed yarn excellent in soft touch and stretchability and having good tension, stiffness and repulsion, and similar to a conventional post- blended yarn. CONSTITUTION: A false-twisted yarn comprises thick denier polyester filaments and thin denier polyester filaments. Therein, the single filament fineness ratio between two kinds of the filaments is at least three times. The single filament fineness of the fine denier filament is <=2d. The polyesters for the thick denier filaments and the thin denier filaments have intrinsic viscosities of 0.7-1.0 and 0.55-0.65, respectively. And a filament length difference measured with the below- described equation exceeds 5%. (The filament length difference) = (Ln-Lm)/ Lm}×100 (Ln is the length of the fine denier filaments; Lm is the length of the thick denier filaments).
