<p>PURPOSE: To provide a peeling type paper container for liquid with an excellent oxygen gas barrier property by a method wherein as a tab tape, a laminated film of a plastic film on which an inorganic compound deposited thin film layer is formed, and a heat-bondable film is applied, and the outside of a paper container and the heat-bondable film side of the tab tape are welded. CONSTITUTION: For a paper container 1 for liquid, a peripheral wall is formed by using a laminated material wherein a sheet paper is made a base material, and an inorganic compound deposited thin film is made a barrier layer. Then, an opening is provided on a top tilted plate 2 of the paper container 1 for liquid. For a tab tape 10 to cover the opening from the outside, a laminated film of a plastic film on which an inorganic compound deposited layer is formed, and a heat-bondable film is applied, and the outside of the paper container 1 and the heat-bondable film side of the tab tape 10 are welded. Also, at the same time, a lining film 20 for the heat-bondable film is welded on the peripheral edge of the opening from the inside of the paper container 1. The tab tape 10 is easily peeled, and the opening is opened by holding an unsealing start part 15 of the tab tape 10 and simply pulling it.</p> |
