PURPOSE: To easily deal with the change of a working object or finishing quality of the object, besides restrain a running cost. CONSTITUTION: This device is composed of a feeding device 7: for feeding a work piece 9 which is an abrasion object, an iron core 4: being magnetized so that a surface opposite to a work piece can become a magnetic pole, a magnetic material supply device 8: for supplying a powder-like or grain-like magnetic material F to be adsorbed by the magnetic pole of the iron core 4, an abrasive liquid supply device 6: for supplying abrasive liquid between the work piece 9 and the iron core 4, an iron core drive device 5: for rotating the iron core 4, and removing devices 94 and 95: for removing an attachment to the work piece 9 after abrasive working. To separately supply the magnetic material and abrasive liquid by the supply devices 8 and 6 respectively, the change or replacement of the magnetic material or abrasive liquid (abrasive material) can be easily dealted with. |
