FIELD: metallurgy; applicable in opening and plugging up of tapholes of ore-smelting furnaces, particular, ferroalloy furnaces and also for servicing tapholes of other smelting units. SUBSTANCE: complex for servicing of taphole of ore-smelting furnace has machine for opening of taphole, machine for plugging up of taphole, both located on running carriages with guides installed for joining guides of guiding mechanism by means of connecting link made in form of strip with cover plate hinged with horizontal hinge on the side of lower flange of one of guides, and secured to other joined guides, clamp with shoulders installed for fixing strip by means of wedge. Strip cover plate and respective ends of guides are made with similar oblique cut-offs of lower flanges. Strip has stop whose height, with strip in idle position, is higher than the surface of rolling of rollers of machines for opening and plugging up of taphole. Lower flange of guide in hinge zone has hole for free turning of stop to vertical position. EFFECT: perfected design of complex for servicing of tapholes of ore smelting furnaces including such connected link of guides of running carriages with guides of guiding mechanism which provides for reduction of labor input in operation for joining sections of path of complex, higher operate reliability and improved operating conditions for the servicing personnel. 2 cl, 8 dwg |
