PURPOSE: To provide a soft biaxially stretched polypropylene film having flexibil ity, excellent in touch and transparency and good in heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: A soft biaxially stretched polypropylene film is based on a polypropylene resin of which the Ml is 0.5-5g/10min and the pentad ratio (fmmmm ) calculated by<13> C-NMR is 55-85mol% and characterized by that the lateral tensile modulus of elasticity is 3,000MPa or less and lateral tensile breaking strength is 100MPa or more.
