PURPOSE: To provide a tire mold capable of achieving the reduction of the number of finish processes and the improvement of the appearance of a tire by certainly discharging air at a time of the vulcanizing molding of a tire and preventing the generation of vent spew. CONSTITUTION: In a tire mold, blocks or ribs partitioned by grooves or land parts by the combination of them are provided to a tread surface part. A laminated blade 5 formed by superposing a plurality of thin metal plates one upon another is embedded in the inner surface of the segment 1a of the mold molding the tread surface part so that one side end 5c of the laminated blade 5 is exposed in a state made almost flush with the inner surface 1c of the mold or slightly protruding therefrom at a recessed part 14 excepting protruding parts 12, 13 forming the grooves of the tire and the laminated blade 5 is extended to the split surface of the mold along the inner surface 1c of the mold and at least one end part 5d thereof is exposed to the split surface and air is discharged through the gap between the mating surfaces of the laminated blade 5. |
