PURPOSE: To keep high strength and low dielectric constant as an insulating material of a multilayered substrate or an ozonizer by using specific metal oxide in an alumina-mullite laminated structure having specific constitution as a sintering aid. CONSTITUTION: An alumina - mullite laminated structure is obtained by lamainating an alumina sintered material containing 0.1-20wt.% of a sintering aid and a mullite layer 2. The sintering aid in the alumina sintered material is constituted of 80-100wt.% of SiO2 and 0-20wt.% of at least one kind of oxide of a metal among group 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, VIII elements. As a fundamental example of the alumina - mullite laminated structure, the mullite layer 2 is formed on the surface of a base plate 1 composed of the alumina sintered material. The mullite layer 2 may be formed on the entire outer surface of the base panel 1. |
