PURPOSE: To obtain the subject sheet without causing a change in appearance with time when used in warm water by impregnating a decorated sheetlike reinforcing material with a resin composition consisting essentially of a specific phosphite-based antioxidant and a thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION: This sheet for decorative molding is obtained by impregnating a decorated sheetlike reinforcing material with a thermosetting resin composition consisting essentially of a phosphite-based antioxidant of the formula (R<1> and R<2> are each a 5-20C alkyl) [preferably a solid form, e.g. 2,2-(bis(4-didodecyl phosphite phenyl)propane] and a thermosetting resin such as an unsaturated polyester resin, an epoxyacrylate resin or a diallyl phthalate resin.
