PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensive laminate excellent in heat resistance, processability and flexibility and a printed wiring board using the laminate. CONSTITUTION: A laminate is formed by laminating metal foil and a film obtained from a liquid crystal polyester resin compsn. containing 55-99wt.% of liquid crystal polyester (A) and 45-1wt.% of a thermoplastic resin (B) having an epoxy group and a printed wiring board is composed of the laminate.
