A back mounted beverage dispenser is described which includes a beverage tank having a sidewall, a bottom, an inlet and an outlet adjacent the bottom. A harness is secured to the beverage tank, such that the tank is mountable to a back of a vendor. A rigid conduit is pivotally mounted to the outlet for movement about a substantially horizontal axis between a substantially vertical stored position and a substantially horizontal dispensing position. Stop means is provided for limiting pivotal movement and maintaining the rigid conduit in the horizontal dispensing position. A dispensing head is positioned at a remote end of the rigid conduit. The dispensing head has at least one valve controlled dispensing nozzle. The valve is movable between an open and closed position such that when the rigid conduit is in the dispensing position and the valve is placed in the open position beverage flows by force of gravity out of the at least one dispensing nozzle .
