STABILIZATION OF O/W TYPE EMULSION CONTAINING MILK AND COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING THE SAME

The of O/W type oil cosmetics containing milk is tabilized by; adding polyethoxylated vitamin E of formula 1 as an emulsifier into a milk to form a liquid crystal for stabilization. In the formula 1, R is (-CH2CH2O)N-H; n means a positive number of 5-15; A is -CH2CH(CH3)- or CH=C(CH3)-; B is CH3 bound to at least one of the positions of 5-,7-, and 8-; and m is a positive number of 1-3.
