The device consists of two housings (20,30). The outer housing is equipped with a left side wall (20A), a right side wall (20A), a back wall (20B), an upper wall (20C) or top, a lower wall (20D) or bottom, and a rectangular peripheral flange (21) projecting from the front. The inner housing (30) fits perfectly into the outer housing, and has an upper horizontal plate (34), a lower horizontal plate (35), a vertical back plate (32) and two vertical side plates (31) together with an intermediate plate (33). The last three plates define the containment space, and are made with grooves or guide bars for the laser discs.
