PURPOSE: To automatically find out the accurate predictive work schedule of a post process based on the advancing state of work at a current time. CONSTITUTION: The current advancement degree of a current advancing process is inputted from a keyboard 1. A CPU 3 finds out the current result manhour (working period up to current time) of the current advancing process from a practical starting date registered in an advancement management file stored in a storage device 6 and the current day. Then predictive manhour (the predictive working period of the whole process being advanced at present) is found out based on the result manhour and the degree of advancement. Then the coefficient of variation between the scheduled manhour (scheduled working period) of the curent advancing process and the predictive manhour is found out. The predictive manhour is found out by multiplying the scheduled manhour of each process following the current advancing process by the coefficient of variation. Consequently the predictive end date of each succeeding process can be found out from the work starting date of the current advancing process based on the calculated predictive manhour of each process. |
