Multi-function counter incorporating electricity meters

The counter has a respective electricity meter (20,21,22) for each phase, providing output pulses with a frequency (fr, fs,ft) proportional to the power of the corresponding phase. The measuring stage (21) for each phase indicates a phase loss when no zero transitions of the phase voltage are detected and is followed by a respective evaluation stage with a pulse duration decoder for activating a phase loss display.
