PURPOSE: To provide an installation structure of sensing elements to measure the load on a vehicle, wherein with the installation structure a value corresponding to the actual load can be detected without being affected by the loading condition of loads on a load carrying platform or inclining state of a road surface or a manner of controlling a steering wheel of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An installation structure is one for sensing elements 7 to measure the load on an axle member 5 to which load G of a vehicle is applied dispersively on both ends, recessed parts 5f, 5g for storage are respective formed in both end parts 5a, 5b of the axle member 5 along the axial direction of the axle member 5, and sensing elements 7 are respectively stored, installed, and fixed in the respective recessed parts 5f, 5g for storage while both elements 7 are so set as to coincide with each other in the circumferential direction and diametral direction of the axle member 5.
