PURPOSE: To shocklessly make the changeover of a voltage without bringing a changeover section voltage into a no-voltage state by the opening, the closing or the like of a circuit breaker. CONSTITUTION: For the voltage of a changeover section 3 electrically isolated from a first system 1 and a second system 2, a voltage obtained by superimposing the output voltage of an inverter 13 on the voltage of the system 2 is provided, for instance, in the case where electric train advances from the first system 1 to the second system 2, at first the section voltage is made to accord with the voltage of the first system 1 by controlling the output voltage of the inverter 13 and after that, the section voltage is made to accord with the voltage of the second system 2 by gradually controlling the output voltage of the inverter 13 and after that, the electric train is advanced into the system 2. |
