PURPOSE: To introduce an inexpensive prepaid card system. CONSTITUTION: A service charge collection agent system is utilized which provides a user with services of information, etc., from a service provider by using a telephone line 14 and in which a telephone line owner 16 collects the service charge from the user as an agency. A prepaid card for the telephone line that the telephone line owner issues is also utilized. And, the automatic vending machine 10 which is connected to the telephone line 14 vencls commodity the message call frequency corresponding to the price of the article is subtracted from the prepaid card from the telephone line, and the telephone line owner 16 pays the price of the article to the vendor 32 of the commodity. |
