PURPOSE: To achieve the replacement of a toner storage container by means of a easy operation without causing a toner leak, in a developing device which holds a toner storage container and a toner-storage-container mount part, having an opening for receiving toner from the container, so as to allow the integral movement of the container and mount part inside the device. CONSTITUTION: Shutter members 203, for opening/closing the toner receiving opening 200 by swinging by their weights as the toner-storage-container mount part or the like is moved, is attached to the toner-storage-container mount part 109, having the opening 200 for receiving toner from the toner storage container, in such a way as to close the toner receiving opening 200 at least in the third quadrant being the position where the toner storage container is moved for replacement with a toner discharge opening facing up. |
