The water skiing device comprises of a catamaran arrangement upon which the user stands and uses pedals (4) to aid in use. The upper part of the support frame is provided with a buoyant material. The device is capsize proof to make it safe for beginners to use. The ski can be of integral design, or may be split into separate parts as is required by use. Buoyant bodies are placed beneath the stand to aid in flotation. A diagonal connection device is used to link the ski's (1).
