PRODUCTION OF RELEASABLE SLEEVE SECTIONS

A conical thread structure ( alpha 1, alpha 2, t) is proposed to facilitate the mould-release of threads in plastic sleeve sections (1, 2, 3, 4) and reduce production costs. In it and the relevant shaping tools the adjacent thread components (50, 60, 51, 61) in the translation direction (z) are spaced radially in such a way that each thread component "disengages" only once on mould-release (E0, E1, E2; F0, F1) in order not to engage a second time.
