The invention relates to a process for the preservation of amino acids, peptides and/or proteins contained in a feed concentrate or which are to be contained therein. The invention is characterized in that said amino acids, peptides and/or proteins are treated with a preservative agent which contains starch or starch derivatives with acetal and/or aldehyde groups. The invention further relates to a starch-based preservative agent which contains acetal and/or aldehyde groups, and to a process for the preparation of a preservative agent. |
