FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing an aqueous-spirituous liquid (strong is 40%), aromatic alcohol prepared from cardamom fruits, coriander and nutmeg taken at amount 4-6 l. Aqueous-spirituous liquid is purified on carbon columns and 2-3 l aromatic alcohol were added, kept for 30-60 min and the remained amount of aromatic alcohol and 65.8% sugar syrup made of 9-11 kg sugar were added. After all components blending the ready blend is filtered and fed to the ready product collector. Ready vodka has the following ratio of components, kg per 1000 dal: cardamom fruits 0.09-0.15; coriander fruits 0.7-0.9; nutmeg 0.09-0.15; sugar 9-11, and an aqueous-spirituous liquid - the rest. EFFECT: enhanced quality of the end product. |
