Invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing safety and effective amount of this compound and pharmaceutically acceptable vehicles. Also, invention relates to method of treatment or prophylaxis of pathological states that involve anomal calcium and phosphate metabolism in human and other mammalian including for treatment and prophylaxis of osteoporosis and arthritis, especially, rheumatic arthritis and osteoarthritis.
