FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has endovascular stent made of two elastic spirals from stainless metal coaxially countertwistably mounted at a distance from one to another and connected by means of plate with stoppers at the ends. The plate is set in parallel to the stent axis. Spirals have holes uniformly distributed over circle line. Catching threads manufactured from dispersible material are brought through the holes in the direction from one spiral to the other and fixed. The threads cross each other in the center of the stent. EFFECT: minimized dimensions; prevented thromboembolism. |
