FIELD: transport; medicine. SUBSTANCE: chair has frame, steerable and driving wheels mounted on brackets and axles extensible from frame bushings, respectively; footrest hinge secured on frame and kinematically coupled with steerable wheel bracket; lever with roller and rod to be used as driving wheel support; and seat with backrest secured on frame. Chair is distinguished from known vehicles in that turnable carriage is mounted on frame sides. Carriage has position lock. Other bell crank is installed for sliding in carriage. This bell crank has grip connected to end of rod for lifting driving wheels by lever with roller when width of chair is adjusted.
