GENE EXPRESSION ANALYSIS METHOD

Gene expression analysis, is new. Gene expression analysis comprising: (a) isolating mRNA from one or more tissue samples; (b) generating double stranded (ds) cDNA; (c) cleaving dsDNA with at least one restriction endonuclease (RE) and adaptors attached to the resulting fragments; (d) amplifying a part of the ligation product selectively by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using at least one primer directed against the adaptor and at least one primer directed against the sequence introduced in the cDNA by the primer used for the first strand cDNA synthesis; (e) separating the amplification products according to length; and (f) analyzing the amplification products, is new.
