PACKING LINER AND PIPELINE REPAIRING METHOD

PURPOSE: To provide a packing linear which can be easily installed at the opening end of a pipeline and which allows a pipe lining material to pass therethrough to the inside thereof and a pipeline repairing method capable of perfectly preventing water from entering the pipeline by using the packing liner. CONSTITUTION: A packing liner 1 is constituted by supporting a nonwoven fabric impregnated with a waterstop agent on an elastic plate high in the modulus of elasticity. In a pipeline repairing method, the packing liner 1 is rounded into a tubular shape to be inserted in the vicinity of the opening part of a main pipe (pipeline) 10 in a diameter contracted state to be set thereto and subsequently expanded in diameter to be brought into close contact with the inner wall of the main pipe 10 and the pipe lining material 20 reversely inserted in the main pipe 10 from the opening part of the other end of the main pipe 10 by fluid pressure is passed through the inside of the packing liner 1, and the pipe lining material is pressed to the inner wall of the main pipe to cure the curing resin infiltrated into the pipe lining material 20.
