PURPOSE: To provide a thermal recording material imparting excellent recording image quality, reduced in sticking sound at a time of recording and excellent in recording running properties. CONSTITUTION: In a thermal recording material wherein a recording layer containing a leuco dye and a coupler and a protective layer are successively provided on one surface of a polyester film, a resin layer based on a resin with pencil hardness of 2H or less having no stickiness is provided on the other surface of the polyester film. |
