发明名称 HEAT STORAGE REGENERATING COMBUSTION METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a heat storage regenerating combustion method, capable of retaining the inside of a furnace in low-oxygen and reducing atmosphere, reducing the generation of NOx and saving energy, by a method wherein a pair of heat storage regenerating combustion burners, having a heat storage unit, are burnt alternately while one of the burner is used at the side of combustion and the other of the same is used at the heat storage and gas discharging side to repeat combustion and heat storage alternately. CONSTITUTION: Secondary combustion air A' is sent into the burner tile 4 of a burner 2' of the heat storage and gas discharging side in a pair of burners 2, 2' of heat storage regenerating combustion type which are burnt alternately whereby unburnt constituents, which are generated by the burner 2 of the combustion side in a primary combustion area 1, are burnt in the burner tile 4 and the heat storage body 6 of the burner 2'.... According to this method, the unburnt constituents in the exhaust gas of primary combustion can be burnt completely and heat can be recovered in the system whereby the inside of a furnace can be retained in a low-oxygen and reducing atmosphere and the reduction of NOx as well as energy saving can be contrived without providing any special exhaust gas combustion treatment device and the like.
