Somatostatin peptides bearing a least one chelating group for one detectable element, where the said chelating group is linked to an amino group of the said peptide, and the said amino group has no significant binding relationship for somatostatin receptors. Whether free or salts, they form complexes with a detectable element and are useful as pharmaceutical products e.g. radio- pharmaceutical products for in vivo visualisation of somatostatin receptor positive tumours or for treatment. |
