PURPOSE: To obtain a cellooligosaccharide in high yield from common cellulose and a cellulase, by obtaining a cellulase-contg. regenerated cellulose from a cellulose solution spiked with a cellulase followed by subjecting the cellulase included in the regenerated cellulose to enzymatic reaction. CONSTITUTION: First, a cellulase-contg. regenerated cellulose is obtained, for example, by dripping a cellulose solution spiked with a cellulase into methanol. Subsequently, the cellulase included in the regenerated cellulose is subjected to enzymatic reaction in the presence of a buffer solution to produce the objective cellooligosaccharide. |
