PURPOSE: To provide a gas laser device which is capable of detecting the intensity of outputted laser ray with a means simple in structure. CONSTITUTION: A gas laser device is equipped with a laser vessel 1 which contains gas laser medium, an optical resonator composed of a output coupling means 3 and a total reflecting means 4 arranged on both the sides of the vessel 1, a laser oscillator which includes a pair of light transmitting windows 4 and 5 that are arranged on the wall of the laser vessel 1 so as to extend tilting by a small angle with a direction vertical to the optical axis of the optical resonator so as to prevent parasitic oscillations, and a photodetecting means installed on the optical path of a reflected light 8 so as to detect the reflected light 8. |
