MULTILAYER NEGATIVE OR POSIVE WORK FILM, IN PARTICULAR TO THE PRODUCTION OF PRINTED CIRCUITS

Multilayer (negative or positive working) film, esp. for the prodn. of printed circuits, consists of a transparent plastics film base, pref. polyester, which is thermostable =100 degrees C, an adhesion-promoting layer and a UV-sensitive photoresist layer. Very highly accurate positives and negatives can be produced easily, using little time and space. The film produced is dimensionally stable and can be used immediately after drying. The process can be carried out by unskilled workers. No special unusual equipment is needed for its mfr. and development.
