PURPOSE: To provide a fuel cell and a commercial power supply at low cost to be linked with each other as a system, and compose the whole body of the system at low cost. CONSTITUTION: An AC load 4 is connected through an inverter 3 to a power output line 2 of a fuel cell 1, and between the fuel cell 1 and the inverter 3, a commercial power supply 7 is connected through a reverse current prohibiting converter 5 and an insulation transformer 6 to the power output line 2, so power from the commercial power supply 7 is converted into a DC to be linked with power from the fuel cell 1 as a system. A controller 14 is connected to the reverse current prohibiting converter 5, and a set voltage of the reverse current prohibiting converter 5 is set to be lower than a stationary voltage of the fuel cell 1, thereby an output voltage from the commercial power supply 7 is prohibited from becoming higher than the stationary voltage of the fuel cell 1. |
