PURPOSE: To provide a ground side charging contactor for a battery driven vehicle in which no damage occurs even if the vehicle erroneously starts during charging by inserting electrodes into the charging contact unit of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A quadric parallel linkage I is formed by an electrode plate 2 rotatably mounted at the one ends of two links 7, 8 and a bracket 3 rotatably mounted at the other ends of the links 7, 8, the force operated at the plate 2 is absorbed as the rotary forces of the links 7, 8, and the plate 2 can be retarded without altering the attitude of the plate 2 by the rotation. |
