<p>PURPOSE: To improve the collection rate of PHS terminals which are lent out by locally restricting the use of the PHS terminals. CONSTITUTION: Use possible range information stored in a data base 5 is set by a main controller 6. Position information and use permission/non-permission information are updated at all times. When the PHS terminal 1 is in the management range 3A or 3B, use permission/non-permission information is use- permitted. When the PHS terminal 1 is in a management range 3C, the use of use permission/non-permission information is not permitted. When a calling operation is executed on the PHS terminal 1, the main controller 6 refers to the storage content of use permission/non-permission information in the data base 5. When it is use-permitted, an exchange 4 executes a regular calling processing. When it is not permitted, the message of effect giving a notice that information is not permitted to use is transmitted to the PHS terminal 1 through the exchange 4. In such a case, the exchange 4 stops an exchange operation.</p> |
