PURPOSE: To control and maintain a room temperature and humidity at respective given values even when operation is connected by a method wherein a temperature indication adjuster adjusts a flow rate of a cooling medium in a heat-exchanger, and a humidity indication adjuster adjusts the operation state of a compressor. CONSTITUTION: A heat-exchanger 11 to heat-exchange with a cooling medium from a cold storage tank 16 is located in a route running from a compressor 1 to a condenser 2. Further, a temperature indication adjuster 13 and a humidity indication adjuster 14, which control and indicate by means of a detecting value from an indoor temperature humidity sensor 12, are provided. The temperature indication adjuster 13 adjusts a flow rate of a cooling medium in the heat- exchanger 11, and the humidity indication adjuster 14 adjusts the operation state of the compressor 1. This constitution controls and maintains a room temperature and humidity constantly at respective given values even when operation is continued. Further, since a heat-exchanger is of a water cooled type, the size of the whole of a dehumidifier is reduced, and cooling efficiency is improved. |
