DETECTION/MEASUREMENT AND REAGENT FOR ANTICHLAMYDIA/ PNEUMONIE ANTIBODY AND DIAGNOSIS AGENT FOR CHLAMYDIA/ PNEUMONIE INFECTION

摘要

PURPOSE: To enable the synthesization of antigen polypeptide and the detection and measurement of an antichlamydia/neumonie antibody by using antigen polypeptide fused protein of dehydro folic acid reducing enzyme-chlamydia/ neumonie as antigen. CONSTITUTION: A genom DNA is extracted from chlamydia/neumonie and inserted into a phage vector λgt11DNA after being decomposed by a limit enzyme to generate a genom DNA library so that a colibacilus Y1090r stock is infected by the genom DNA library. A screening of a colony of colibacilus infected which develop antigen polypeptide of the neumonie is performed using a monoclonal antibody specific to neumonie to extract and refine phage and a DNA thereof is acquired. In other words, the detection and measurement of an antibody are made possible using antigen polypeptide fused protein of dihydro folic acid reducing enyzyme-neumonie in which polypeptide B containing several continuous aminoacid sequences in polypeptide of sequence number 2 bonds to polypeptide of sequence number 1 as antigen.
