PURPOSE: To detect the accurate margine angle by setting the AND of the output of a reverse voltage detector and the reflection output of a counter to the pulse for detecting the original capability angle. CONSTITUTION: Rise and fall detecting means 4A to 4C detect the rise and the fall of a reverse voltage detector 21A. A flip-flop 4D is set by the first position control pulse fired second after a certain phase, and reset by the second position control pulse fired third, namely, after the first position control pulse is fired. A counter 4F counts the number of times of the change of the reverse voltage based on the detected outputs of the means 4A to 4C when the output of the flip-flop 4D is an ON state, outputs the output of the ON state when the counted value becomes 2, and the counted value and the output are reset by the first position control pulse. An AND circuit 4H calculates the AND of the output of the detector 21A and the inverted output of the counter 4F. |
