PURPOSE: To obtain method and equipment for inspecting the pattern of a printed board accurately at a high speed and a method for producing a printed board. CONSTITUTION: The pattern inspection equipment for printed board comprises a line sensor 1 including a plurality of charge coupled device(CCD) cameras arranged on a line in order to pick up the image of a pattern printed board 8, a first color filter 2a fixed in front of the lens of line sensor 1, means A, B for illuminating the surface of the board 8 linearly from an oblique direction, second and third color filters 2b, 2c fixed in front of the emission face of the line illumination means A, B, respectively, an image detecting/processing section 3, a defect deciding section 4, a control section 5, a moving means, i.e., a numeric control(NC) table 7, and a numeric control(NC) drive section 6 for driving the NC table 7. |
