PURPOSE: To improve the high humidity-proof heat resistance and transparence of a surface protective layer by a method wherein the surface protective layer is formed into a laminate of an ultraviolet-screening property film which consists of a transparent and weatherproof resin and a film which consists of an amorphous cyclic olefin copolymer having a specified glass transition temperature in its inner surface. CONSTITUTION: A surface protective layer 1 consists of a laminate of an ultraviolet-screening property film 11, which consists of a transparent and weatherproof resin and is used as a euphotic zone, and a film 12, which is laminated with this film 11 via a bonding agent and consists of an amorphous cyclic olefin copolymer having a glass transition temperature of 80 deg.C or higher in its inner surface. Thereby, needless to say at a normal temperature the water vapor transmission rate in the vicinity of 80 deg.C is low and a solar cell element can be prevented from being moisturized under various severe conditions in the outdoors. With that, the layer 1 has a full heat resistance under the molding condition of a solar cell module and is superior also in transparence. |
