PURPOSE: To bring the electrode of a ground side contactor into satisfactory contact with a brush at the time of charging by driving a parallel linkage by horizontally pressing the lower part of a lever contactor via a ground side contactor end and moving down the brush together with a brush holder. CONSTITUTION: The electrode plate 29 of a ground side contactor 25 protrudes in a horizontal direction, is inserted into a charging contact unit via an opening 27a, and the end of the plate 29 is brought into contact with an ash board 22. Further, when the plate 29 protrudes, a horizontal external force is used for a lever 13 via the board 22 and a pin 23. As a result, the lever 13 is rotated clockwise at the pin 14 as a center against the force of a spring 26. Accordingly, a brush holder 15 is moved down integrally with brushes 17a, 17b vertically by a quadric parallel linkage, and brought into contact from above while rubbing the surface of the electrodes 28a, 28b. The electric connection between a power source and a battery can be obtained in this state. |
